Hack Your Health: The Secrets of Your Gut is a newly added documentary on Netflix that gives an insight into a healthy life and how important good health is. I had no intention of watching this, but as I was wondering what to watch next, this docu caught my attention. I am always interested in watching documentary-based movies and series. For the first time, I watched something that was very healthy and full of knowledge.


The title itself is enough to give an idea of the movie. It focuses on the main character, which is Giulia. It involves many researchers, doctors, and gut experts, but Giulia mainly narrates the whole documentary. I found it kind of boring, but it was also interesting at the same time. The film gave me an idea about gut health and how our digestive system works.


Nowadays, it is very common to have health issues, and I am glad that Netflix released such an amazing and healthy documentary film, which is also very lighthearted. The concept of the movie is to make us understand how important our health is. We need to eat healthy foods and avoid unhealthy ones to have a good and healthy gut.


Gut health plays a very important role in making our body healthy and functioning well. What made the movie more interesting in my eyes was the animation of the digestive system and the bacteria present in our body. Honestly, I also lead a very unhealthy lifestyle, and my food intake is not at all helping my gut health.


I was very tense and wondering what to do with my gut health so that I could be healthy and live a healthy lifestyle. It was a great decision for me to watch the movie. I am not the type of person who enjoys healthy content like this, but it was worth watching.


Not only did I learn about the exact meaning of gut health, but I also understood how the digestive system works. The movie also taught me that microbes also help a lot to function and protect our bodies.


At first, I didn't enjoy the content because it was kind of slow and boring for me, but slowly the content started to grow on me. As the animated part of our digestive system, bacteria, and other stuff started to show, I found myself seated till the end of the movie.


Even though this kind of content is not my type, I would suggest you watch it. It will be beneficial for you and your health. You will learn a lot about a healthy lifestyle and what issues you should take care of related to your gut health.


This documentary was also not that long; it took me an hour and a half to finish, and my time was not wasted. I would say I invested my time in watching this documentary, which is full of knowledge and a great help to my unhealthy lifestyle.
